Referral Scheme Terms and Conditions
1) Eligibility
To qualify for a referral fee the party being referred must not be: (i) currently contracted to Twisted Fish Ltd; (ii) previously contracted to Twisted Fish Ltd and (iii) currently or have previously been in negotiations with Twisted Fish Ltd.
2) Making Referrals
Where more than one person refers a company, we will operate a first come first served policy. We will notify you as soon as possible in such cases your referral has already been made by another party. All referrals from individuals working for clients of Twisted Fish Ltd will be subject to written approval from their employers. The referrer must confirm the contact name, address, telephone number and email address via e-mail or a letter.
3) Payment Terms
Payment under this referral scheme will only be made once a contract has been signed for a support agreement and the client has remained under contract for a minimum period of 6 consecutive months. All decisions relating to payments under the Twisted Fish Referral Scheme are the reserve of Twisted Fish Management alone and all decisions are final.
